We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent return experience for all customers.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

- Not be damaged by the customer
- Include all original packaging and accessories

All returns must be sent back by mail after return approval.

Return shipping responsibility depends on the condition of the item:
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer
Non-Defective Items
If the item is non-defective (e.g. change of mind, not needed, or wrong selection):
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return Shipping Label
- Defective, damaged, or wrong items: Provided at no cost
- Non-defective items: Customer responsibility
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items received

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your card issuer or bank (processing delays can occur)
