Shipping & Returns
- Free standard shipping on every order within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days, with a tracking number sent by email once your order ships.
- 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and with all packaging and accessories.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item? We send a prepaid return label at no cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fees.
- Every return needs approval first: email info@evolveride.com before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.
