Product Description
The Dremax is a straightforward commuter e-bike with a classic diamond frame. The 27.5 x 2.4 inch tires roll efficiently on pavement yet have enough volume to stay stable on rough streets and gravel shortcuts.
A 750W motor reaches 28 mph and handles hills on the way to work. The 48V 15Ah battery gives up to 62 miles of range and charges in 5 to 6 hours, so most riders charge once or twice a week.
Hydraulic disc brakes on both wheels give strong, light-lever stopping in traffic and wet weather. A front suspension fork smooths out cracks and potholes, and the LED headlight keeps you visible. Max load is 330 lb. If you prefer an easier mount, choose the Dremax Step-Through.

Received two bikes 26 days ago. Both have out of box failures and could not be ridden. After three weeks I received replacement parts for the step-over bike but no instructions. I was then told to take the bike to a local bike shop and have them install the new parts. I'll pick that bike up tomorrow and will have my first opportunity to ride it. I am still waiting for a solution on the second bike. I've exchange multiple e-mails with service/technical team with not solution. Today I called service and they said they would elevate this with their technical team. Very frustrating to lose a full month of nice fall weather in the northeast waiting on repairs to brand new bikes.

The look of the bike looks great!
Handlebars are not comfortable and need to be coming back to the rider for a more comfortable position with your back in your arms and wrists.
The speed of the bike is awesome. Yet the cadence sensor is not a natural feeling at all.. the torque sensor would be a much better sensor to put in this bike to give telling a natural feel.

The Cycrown Dremax Commuter checks all of the important boxes on our list. It's lightweight, affordable, and has the option of choosing torque or cadence sensor, making it stand out among competitors. I've rated it a 4 out of 5 stars because the handlebar position is too low and too far forward. I hope to install an aftermarket riser to correct this. Otherwise, it's a great bike and well worth the price!

I’m stuck with it now. I do love it, but I wish there was more torque. Kind of wish the battery lasted longer too. I ride on PAS 1-3 and get paranoid on longer rides it would run out of juice. Which has happened and was not great with such a heavy bike. The gear set is great though for the value. The seat is comfy. I zip tied a milk crate to the bike rack. I actually took the bike rack off, moved it back, and added rubber washers for a little suspension. I kind of wished it had rear suspension, but at least it has front. Had to make a few adjustments and tweaks, after getting it. Everything is in its right place now. All in all not a bad ride. Just have to keep the battery limits within the back of my mind.

The only thing that hasn’t meant expectations is the brakes drag. I ride my bike without electric assist also, and when the brakes don’t completely release, it kind of irritates me.
